Infographic: The Great War

A series of images depicting an infographic on the Great War. The infographic was created following a Lynda.com tutorial to become familiarized with Adobe Illustrator. Although the infographic itself is a replica of the one created within the tutorial, the panels for each of the servicemen in the timeline were completely customized. Each feature panel contains Congressional Medal of Honor recipients and a photo of the servicemen with a red or black stroke surrounding the photo, this serves to indicate whether the servicemen died in service or were injured and lived beyond their service years. The images within each panel also contain their branch of service, their rank at the time they received the medal, as well as elements that would be found in the areas they performed their actions; such as letters from France, articles found in Germany, etc. This infographic is targeted toward the adult learner and utilized a combination of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat.
